Delivery Terms

By taking what was once a slow, primitive and messy on-site constructed solution and turning it into a highly engineered, advanced manufactured pre-constructed solution, we’re able to deliver to you the fastest and easiest pool on the market.

We deliver pools up to 20ft x 10ft in size and 26,000lbs  in weight all over America. We’ve been doing this for a while now so we know how to do it really well but we also know what can go wrong without the right planning.

There are a few key things you and your builder or installer will need to consider in relation to the delivery of your Plungie.

Our standard freight quotes are based on delivery from our Texas-based factory to the address specified on your quote.

It is assumed at the time of quoting that these transport solutions will allow for the successful delivery of your Plungie.

If road and/or site access will not allow for the above solutions, non-standard freight pricing will apply on a price on application (POA basis).

Confirmation of access to your site for successful delivery with the above transport solutions is your responsibility.

Should transport be attempted to your site with the above standard transport solution and fail due to access or site conditions, any and all additional charges relating to delays, alternate delivery location requirements, or return costs will be your responsibility. Likewise, if we are delayed or arrive late, we will work with you and your crane hire company to cover crane overtime charges as a result of the late arrival.

It is important to note that delivery does not include the crane hire for placement of the pool on your property. Delivery will include transport up to the closest logistically possible position, with the standard transport solution, at your specified delivery location but does not include the crane.

The required crane must be on-site at the time of delivery to remove the Plungie from the delivery truck and place the Plungie onto your site.

Standard delivery includes an unload time allocation of one hour. Any delays beyond this will trigger additional charges called demurrage, which will be passed on to you.

If your site poses challenges for our standard transport solutions, we can often liaise with your chosen crane hire company to arrange delivery of your Plungie to their depot for onwards delivery on a more suitable delivery truck for your site.

Please ensure that you and your builder or installer discuss delivery access with Plungie and your chosen crane hire company.

We love a good challenge and will help you engage all required parties to your project to help you achieve a successful delivery.

Also, to help you rest easy, every Plungie is insured during transit.
